Retail Return Policy
At House 359™, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully fulfilled. If a return is required, we are happy to accept unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging within fourteen (14) days of delivery for online orders, or within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases.
Approved returns will be refunded for the merchandise value only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization. Please submit a return request through the Contact Us Form on our website, including your order details and reason for return. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Returned items must be securely repackaged and shipped using an insured and trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for additional details.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through the Contact Us Form on our website within seven (7) days of delivery so we may assist you promptly. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
