Shipping Rates

Retail orders over $500 USD qualify for free shipping within Canada.
For U.S. orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed prior to order confirmation.

Carriers & Delivery

Orders ship via Canada Post, USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package requirements. The carrier and service level is determined once your order is packaged.

Most in-stock orders ship within 48 business hours and typically arrive within two (2) weeks. Express orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific Time may ship the next business day.

All orders ship from Vancouver, British Columbia, allowing for reasonable delivery times across North America.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Customers with an account may log in at any time to view order history and order status.

Shipping Issues

Once a shipment is confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for lost or stolen packages transfers to the customer. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Order Timing & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Cancellations may not be possible once an order has been placed. If cancellation is not possible, our return policy will apply.
